Dr Grant is the master trainer for Paradigm Learning tools which are used extensively for the business acumen training.
Akila Raju is a creative learning and development professional with over 18 years of workexperience across various industries and diverse workplace environments. She has been instrumental in setting up learning teams in various organizations and brings in facilitation, consulting and project management experience to set up high performing teams.
Her experience has given her a rich contextual knowledge, of people and process to help build proactive solutions, recommendations for people development strategies. In her current role as Director with Paradigm Learning India, she combines her rich and varied experience across various industries to help design organizational development interventions, develop learning strategies and facilitate programs.
Akila started her career worked with the Taj Group of hotels and has worked in the hotel industry for over 8 years with roles in operations, project management, quality and Learning and development. She moved industries and worked with First source solutionsmanaging Training solutions which included both entry level training, process training, transitioning new process across segment like retail, telecom, banking, insurance, customer service etc.
Her last assignment was with Goldman Sachs as VP in the HCM team where she spent 8 years leading learning efforts across business units. She was also responsible for the leadership development function for the India office. In her tenure at GS she also led various leadership and diversity and inclusion initiative including designing internal and external conferences and programs.
Akila is a PCC certified coach and is also certified to deliver and use various tools like Hogan, HBDI, PDA inventory etc. She is a graduate of IHM Bangalore and has a degree in arts from Bangalore University. She has also completed her Executive General Management Programs from IIM Bangalore.

Sunil Nalinaksha Kumar is an Electrical Engineer, he started his career as a business development manager for Systems Aids, A company manufacturing Data Acquisitions systems and Add on Cards, he has travelled extensively across the country and has interacted with various defense establishments, technology institutions, manufacturing Industries and research and development laboratories
He brings to the board his expertise across varied industries. Sunil’s foray into entrepreneurship was in the engineering industry where he partnered to set up a powder painting and auto parts manufacturing unit in 1996 to cater to automobile giants such as M/s Maruti Udyog, Hyundai, General Motors, Ford, Toyota and Honda Motors etc.
About 12 years ago he diversified his portfolio and forayed into the hospitality industry. He has investments in Business Hotels and Restaurants in Bangalore and Chennai.
Sunil is an avid golfer who believes that an immersive form of skill and talent development when offered in an experiential way produces impactful results. He has brought to the fore his passion for golf and entrepreneurship with an experiential training company. The concept of merging leadership with the tenets of golf on the course is a unique offering combining both his passion and his leadership capabilities. This programme designed leveraging Leadership and Golf is being successfully implemented across various industries.
He is also working with an NGO, “Enable India “, to help establish a Blind Golf association in collaboration with the Indian Golf Union, with a vision of promoting golf among visually Impaired golfers. The aim is to identify and mentor such aspiring Golfers to eventually compete internationally. Jagadish Subramanian has an extensive work experience of 24 years in the Sales and Services industries both in India and The US.
Post his MBA, Jagadish began his career as a commercial pilot and Trainer / instructor for American Airlines in the US and later moved on to managing his own fractional aircraft ownership company, working with many corporate houses in the US. During this period, he did extensive training for the work force in handling demanding customers in the aviation business including training pilots for American Airlines.
Jagadish moved back to India in 1998 as Country Head for Laser Cheval, a French company manufacturing laser based machine tools. In a successful 5 year stint with this organization, Jagadish ran its business operations and also handled training for his team and channel partners in selling laser based machine tools to various corporate houses in India. Jagadish also partners as a consultant with multiple corporates from the US, UK and Europe helping them establish their market presence in India. He is also on the board of multiple start-ups with investments in IT, Electronics, Precious metal refining, etc.
