Why Paradigm?

Paradigm Learning was built to bridge that gap between certification and competence and help people become confident, employable, and ready for the real world. And we do this through tried and tested soft skills training curated by industry experts. From learning how to crack interviews and understand body language, business etiquette, and communication, to acquiring digital literacy and practical AI skills, our programs are designed to help individuals succeed across diverse professional environments and modern workplaces.

Our Story

The team behind Paradigm Learning has been involved in recruitment and hiring across different professional fields. And despite working in vastly different industries, be it education, finance, hospitality, HR, F&B, or the pharmaceutical sector, to name a few, we all noticed the same problem time and again. Candidates had the qualifications on paper but lacked the soft skills needed to truly thrive in a job role.

Communication gaps, low confidence, poor digital literacy, lack of professional etiquette, and difficulty adapting to new tools and environments were common challenges. Even capable candidates often struggled to crack interviews or grow in their roles.

Mustafa Abdul Kasim

Chairman

Graduate in Science & Law, Chartered Accountant (FCA), and Certified Public Accountant (CPA – USA).

More than four decades of national and international exposure in Strategic Management, Financial Management, Corporate Restructuring, Working Capital Management, Business turn around, Setting up of entities, Mergers & Acquisitions, and Revival of stressed entities.

First person from Industry to become Chairman of the Ernakulam Chapter of Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI), Founding Chairman of the Riyadh, Saudi Arabia Chapter of ICAI, Led the group, established the fastest growing Indian school (Yara International School – YIS) in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia and was its founding Chairman, Chairman & Managing Director of Rainbow Publishers Pvt Ltd, leading educational books publishing house in Kerala, with over 2 decades of experience and expertise. Rainbow owns about 400 titles of a wide range of textbooks and activity books for kindergarten and primary sections.

Preethi Gopalakrishnan

Preethi Gopalakrishnan is a seasoned HR and Business Operations leader with 23 years of experience across Professional Services, BPO, ITES, and Consulting. With expertise in Compensation & Benefits, Organisation Design, and large-scale HR operations, she has led multi-country initiatives, scaled teams to over 1000 resources, and driven high-impact people, process, and capability-building programs.

An MBA and PMP-certified professional, she is known for aligning people strategy with business goals and building efficient, engaging workplaces.

Having spent decades closely involved in hiring, workforce development, and organisational growth, she witnessed firsthand the growing gap between academic qualifications and workplace readiness. This insight became one of the driving forces behind Paradigm Learning, helping shape it into a practical, industry-focused finishing school designed around real professional expectations.

Mohamed Mustafa Kasim

Managing Director

Being a Graduate in Business Administration (BBA) and Law (LLB) from Symbiosis International University, Mohamed Mustafa Kasim brings national and international exposure in legal consulting with a specialization in Intellectual Property Rights, business licensing, and regulatory compliance across diverse sectors.

An entrepreneur managing multiple ventures,in diversified sectors such as pharmaceutical distribution, FMCG , Hospitality and Education .

As a millennial entrepreneur actively working across modern businesses and evolving industries, he brings a fresh and practical perspective to Paradigm Learning. His understanding of today’s workplaces, digital culture and rapidly evolving communication styles gives him strong insight into how the current generation learns, works and communicates.

Usha Ramesh

Director

Content Head and shareholder at Rainbow Publishers Pvt Ltd, Usha Ramesh is one of the founding partners of the organisation with deep experience in textbook publishing and academic content development. She is also a trainer at UCMAS, where she has trained around 300 students as a moderator and about 50 teachers, building strong expertise in learning delivery and teacher training.

With over 25 years in education, she has closely observed the gap between textbook learning and real-world employability skills. This perspective directly shapes her contribution to Paradigm Learning, where she helps bring structure, clarity and learning design that connects academic content with practical skill-building.

She is also a part of BhuME Women’s Collective, a sustainable initiative focused on upcycling tailoring waste into usable products. This reflects her belief in empowering people through practical and meaningful work.
